     At Soirée, we believe that every gathering deserves to be special without the added stress of hosting at home. Inspired by our own experiences throwing countless celebrations, we created this space to offer a beautifully designed, welcoming venue where you can focus on connecting with your guests. Whether it’s a baby shower, birthday, or intimate celebration, Soirée is crafted to be your backdrop for memorable moments — thoughtfully styled, conveniently located, and ready to bring your event vision to life.

    How We Book Events

    Booking & Rates

    Weekend Events
    Our weekend availability runs from Friday evening through Sunday, with set time blocks of 3.5 hours designed to cover your entire event—from the moment you arrive to when you say goodbye. This includes all the time you need to set up and clean up, so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.

    Weekend Rate: $359 per time block

    Weekday Gatherings
    For weekday events, we offer flexible 6-hour booking windows Monday through Friday afternoons. Pick any 6-hour period that suits your schedule and make the space your own.

    Weekday Rate: $300 per 6-hour booking

     "Soiree is a versatile, stylish venue with boho and vintage charm—think velvet sofas, floral wallpaper, crystal chandeliers, and warm hardwood floors. From showers and birthdays to corporate events and private parties, it’s the perfect backdrop for your special moments." 

     "Our space offers seating for approximately40 guests, with a total capacity of 75, making it  perfect for intimate gatherings and celebrations." 

    We are located just off the square, there is plenty of parking options near by and directly across from the space. 

     "We take pride in keeping Soiree tidy for every event, and we ask for a little help from our guests to keep things running smoothly. Before you head out, please wipe down counters and surfaces, sweep the floor, take out the trash to the dumpster just across the street, and return all furniture to where it belongs. This ensures the space stays as lovely for the next guests as it was for you." 

     "Absolutely! Soiree is wheelchair accessible, ensuring all guests can enjoy the space comfortably." 

     "At Soiree, you’re welcome to bring any food and beverages you love to enjoy with your guests. While you can serve alcohol for your celebration, events involving the sale of alcohol are not permitted. We want you to feel free to celebrate exactly how you like, while keeping the space safe and enjoyable for everyone." 

     "Of course! Feel free to bring your own decorations to make your event special. To protect our walls, please do not use nails, screws, staples, or adhesives on wallpaper. Any wall damage caused during your event will be the renter’s responsibility." 

     "At Soiree, you’re welcome to bring in a caterer or any food and beverages you love to create the perfect menu for your event. While we don’t provide catering services, you have the freedom to plan exactly what you’d like. Please remember that all catering equipment must be removed from the space, and renters are responsible for coordinating this—nothing should be left behind. This way, every celebration can be as unique and stress-free as you envision." 

     "At Soiree, you’re welcome to move chairs and accessories to create the perfect layout for your event. Before you leave, we ask that the room be returned to its original setup so it’s ready for the next celebration." 

     "Soiree offers a Bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy your favorite tunes during your celebration." 

     "Absolutely! We’d love to give you a tour of Soiree so you can explore the space, ask questions, and envision your event." 

     "Each weekend booking is 4 hours long, giving you time to set up, enjoy your celebration, and tidy up afterward." 

     "To keep everyone safe, real candles aren’t allowed due to fire regulations. We recommend using flameless or battery-operated candles for the same cozy glow." 

     We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your event up to 21 days before your scheduled date for a full refund.
