Terms & Conditions
Soiree’ – Covington, GA
Please review the following policies prior to booking. By reserving your event, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- A signed agreement and $150 non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date.
- Remaining balance is due prior to your event (per booking confirmation).
- All rates are subject to 7% Georgia sales tax.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 21+ days prior to the event may receive a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
- Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable.
- One date change may be permitted based on availability.
3. Your Rental Time
Your rental time is designed to be simple and stress-free.
- Rental time includes setup, event time, and cleanup
- Access begins at your scheduled start time
- All guests, vendors, and belongings must be removed by the end of your rental period
Soiree’ is a fully styled, curated space, allowing you to:
- Bring your food or catering
- Add minimal décor
- Host your event
- Complete light cleanup
Most events flow comfortably within the rental time when used as designed.
4. Venue Use & Capacity
- Events must remain within capacity limits
- Space must be used only for the purpose agreed upon
- The host is responsible for all guests and vendors
5. Food & Vendors
- Outside food and catering are welcome
- You may bring your own food or hire a caterer
- Vendors must be properly licensed/insured where applicable
6. Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol may be brought in but may not be sold
- The host assumes full responsibility for alcohol service and guest behavior
7. Setup & Décor
Soiree’ is designed to be beautiful as-is.
- Minimal décor is recommended
- No nails, screws, or staples
- No tape or adhesives on walls or wallpaper
- No damage to furniture, floors, or finishes
- Candles must be enclosed or approved in advance
8. Furniture & Layout
- Chairs and small décor may be moved
- Large tables and heavy furniture may not be moved
- All items must be returned to their original layout
9. Cleanup Responsibilities
To keep the space ready for the next guest:
- Remove all personal items and décor
- Wipe down surfaces as needed
- Light sweeping if necessary
- Dispose of trash in the designated dumpster
- Return space to its original condition
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.
10. Damages
The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors, or event activities.
11. Parking
Parking is available throughout historic downtown Covington, including nearby public lots and street parking.
12. Liability
Soiree’ is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen items
- Injuries during the event
The host assumes full responsibility for their event and guests.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Soiree’ reserves the right to end an event due to:
- Unsafe conditions
- Illegal activity
- Violation of these terms
14. Agreement
By booking Soiree’, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
